FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Guest(s) shall be liable to pay for any damage incurred by them to Aranya's assets
2. Guest(s) shall not act in a manner that may disturb other guest(s) staying at Aranya
3. Shouting, usage of foul language, rough housing or house play is not allowed in any area of Aranya's premises
4. No compensation will be provided for any injuries caused by the neglegance of the injured
5. Loud music is not permissible at any of the outdoor venue. However, only light music is permissible till 2200 hours
6. Bookings are non cancellable and non refundable for the extended weekends and from the time period of 1st June - 30th June and 22nd December - 5th January
7. No refund will be done incase of any cancellation due to natural, social or political circumstances
8. As per the Government directive, all the guest(s) are requested to confirm their identity by providing a valid Goverment issued photo identification document (Aadhar/ Passport/ State Driver's Liscence/ Voter ID/ etc.) at the time of chek-in
9. Accomodation can be denied if the guest(s) fail to provide the ID proof
